Trust makes $1,800 book donation to Tennessee State Soccer Association
NASHVILLE — One of the core tenets of the Nashville Soccer Supporters Trust is collaboration, and it is in this spirit that the Trust linked up with the Tennessee State Soccer Association to make a donation of soccer-related books valued at $1,800 last month.
“We are grateful for the support,” said Hans Hobson, who serves as the executive director of the TSSA. “The TSSA and our youth recreation and competitive members appreciate the partnership that we have with the Nashville Soccer Supporters Trust, and this relationship is helping us pioneer the next generation of soccer through useful programs and resources that are instrumental to our association.”
“The TSSA works tirelessly to increase the access and quality of soccer opportunities throughout Tennessee, and we are proud to partner with them,” added Trust president David Wasiolek. “The TSSA’s contributions are invaluable in growing and promoting the next movement of soccer in this state.”
The gift represented the second sizable charitable donation that the Trust was involved with in 2018. Over the summer, its membership organizations came together as a part of the Prideraiser, which resulted in a nearly $1,800 contribution that went to Nashville’s Oasis Center.
